Ileagh Kerr was born in Edinburgh and having studied Photography in Northern Ireland she earned a Foundation Diploma with distinction. She studied BA Hons Photography with Video at Ulster University with a foreign exchange semester in Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, Budapest.
